Telephone Answering Package

Call answering is charged at £1.65 per minute. Call patching to UK/US/EU Landlines charged at 3.5p per minute. Calls to UK mobiles charged at 12p per minute.

This package includes the first 20 calls handled by our receptionists on your behalf. From the 21st call onwards, a charge of £1.19 is made per additional call.

Voicemail Service

The voicemail service operates from 17.30 to 08.45 Monday – Friday and at weekends and UK Public Holidays.

A voicemail message will be automatically sent to your email with a wav file attachment. Please ensure that your computer has suitable software/hardware for you to be able to listen to wav files.

Mail Services Package

Postal charges apply for standard posting.
Items requiring special postage will incur a clerical fee in addition to the PO charge.
Post opening, scanning and e-mailing service available, prices on request.
Other clerical and banking services available, prices on request.

Registered Office

Registered Office Clients electing to use an OfficeFront address as their Registered Office address are required to provide copies of 1) Certificate of Incorporation 2) Memorandum and Articles 3) List of all Directors & Beneficial Owners.

All official post and signed-for post will be forwarded in the same manner as received by OfficeFront and will incur a clerical charge for special postage in addition to PO Rates.
