The Space
St Brandon’s House is a stunning Georgian listed property. We set out to sensitively refurbish and modernise this entire building, while retaining as much of the period detail and charm as possible. We hope you’ll agree it’s a building that makes a real impression before you even step inside: the grand Georgian frontage harking back to Bristol’s historic mercantile past. Interiors have been carefully styled and offer contemporary work spaces with a dash of historical flourish.
Situated directly opposite Bristol landmark, Cabot Tower and Brandon Hill park, the site offers a central BS1 location, but in a green and leafy setting. The park, and many of our offices offer stunning views across the city.

The Location
The offices are two minutes’ walk from Park Street (recently nominated for a Google award as ‘Britain’s hippest street’) with its fantastic range of shops, cafés and restaurants. And just a few metres down the road, there’s the wonderful St Georges Bristol, one of the city’s most vibrant music venues.
