From our current experience, having just taken the first 2 apprentices for training to be receptionists and administration staff, we are pleased to say, “YES, they are”
We are delighted to announce the arrival of Sameera and then Zuzanna to our training scheme. These two young women represent all that is good in our young people. In recent years we have felt very disillusioned by today’s youth, reading negative reports in the press and TV. We were very concerned that we would get very poor quality applicants. We are more than pleased to have found that we were wrong in our concern.
They are pleasant, interested in progressing and want to learn. They are both very bright and may not have received the right encouragement in their young lives about just how capable they are. They are keen to get instruction and to be taught something new. Big smiles all day, no absentee culture, we think they are actually keen to come in and be part of a positive team. Their presence has perked up the team’s spirits and the general atmosphere is fun.
As their employers, my managers & I hope to develop their individual abilities & interests in the area of business administration and set them on the path to a happy, satisfying career.
