OfficeFront was established purely as a Virtual Office service and has not evolved as a side-line to a serviced office centre to take up excess reception capacity. We saw the value of the Virtual Office and Virtual Switchboard very early on as technology became better and cheaper. All we had to add to it was good old fashioned training and culture development.
The focus was and is to create a totally service focused service, replicating the professional switchboard operator rather than a transient staff filling time whilst seeking other work or career choice.
Virtual Receptionists
Our receptionists; this is the name we use for our telephone answering staff rather than “agents” or “operators”, work in teams of 3 and are trained from day 1 and continue to be motivated to provide a truly personalised service. Each receptionist is well spoken, with a neutral accent and is chosen after a careful selection process. They are encouraged to see their participation has a high value position, answering with a smile in their voice and sometimes having to deal with less-than-polite callers with calm. This is not “just answering the phone”, it is a skill.
Each client is assigned their own team to give the client the chance to create a rapport with those who are the front end to their business. Good communication between our client and “their” receptionists allows for a quality service, giving the caller an impression of professionalism which can only reflect well on our client.

Mailing Addresses
Our postal address clients enjoy the same level of service, post is correctly handled, packaged, stamped and forwarded on the day when due. (We don't just strike out the address on the envelope and manually write the forwarding address and place in the post box, hoping that the Post Office will redeliver, which, often they don’t or there are many days delay)
The technology we use is modern and in most cases purpose built for the work we do. The software is such that the receptionists and the administration staff should be able to provide the smoothest and most of all informed service possible.
Our culture is to provide a second to none service, we reply to any question within 30 minutes, all communications are confirmed by email, the Officefront team has a can-do, will-do attitude and this is visible in everything we-do.
